RULES AND INFORMATION
- EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT UNITED STATES EQUESTRIAN FEDERATION (USEF) RULE BOOK WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THOSE RULES.
- Management reserves the right to change or alter the officials listed without notice prior to or during the show.
- USEF membership cards and proof of horse registration must be presented with entries before back numbers are issued.
- Horses shown at this show must be registered with the American Morgan Horse Association, Inc., the Canadian Morgan Horse Association, or the British Morgan Horse Society and must be entered under their full registered name and registration number, or if under one year of age, be eligible for registration. Horses must be entered under the names of the owner(s) or lessee of record with AMHA, CMHA, or BMHS. A copy of the registration papers showing recorded ownership or proof of lease must be submitted with entry form at the time of making entry.
- All classes will be conducted in the Kentucky Horse Park 150’ X 300’ covered arena. Warm-up will be in a 60’ X 150’ covered makeup area adjacent to the arena and the 135’ X 260’ main outdoor show ring. Both the indoor arena and the indoor warm-up arena surface is sand loam. The outdoor show ring is an all weather surface.
- The Bluegrass Morgan Classic assumes no responsibility for situations and actions resulting from an individual serving or consuming alcohol on the show grounds.
- The Bluegrass Morgan Classic reserves the right to refuse entries.
ADMISSION TO KENTUCKY HORSE PARK
- All exhibitors are required to pay a one-time $5.00 parking fee upon arrival on park grounds. Exhibitors will receive an exhibitor parking pass that will allow them entry to the main parking lot for the remainder of that event.
- Exhibitors wishing to tour the Kentucky Horse Park may purchase reduced Park admission tickets at the Kentucky Horse Park Visitor Information Center.
AMATEURS / ADULTS
Amateur and adult classes are limited to competitors 18 years of age or older as of December 1, 2009. Exception: Participants in the Junior Exhibitor Park Harness Stake and the Junior Exhibitor Park Saddle Stake are permitted to enter the respective amateur championship as there is no junior exhibitor championship class in their section. An amateur competing in any preliminary class will qualify for the respective amateur championship. Additionally, amateurs may be charged a $30 non USEF member amateur fee per USEF rules which is addition the normal non member USEF fee of $30.
ARENA SCHEDULE
The Arena schedule will be posted in the show office.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
- Horses will be officially admitted to the grounds beginning at 8:00 AM, Tuesday, July 5, 2011. All horses and exhibitors must vacate the grounds by 8:00 AM, Monday, July 11, 2011.
- The cost of early arrival stabling is $50/day for any horse participating in a competition. Competitors wishing to layover prior to or following a show should contact the competition management to inquire about availability. The Kentucky Horse Park will invoice competitions directly for competition horse early arrival or layover stabling.
- Horses remaining in stalls after 8 am on the day following an event will be charged the layover stabling rate.
- The Kentucky Horse Park will attempt to accommodate all requests for early arrivals or late ship-outs, however, events must adhere to the dates of available stabling as stated in the event contract. Early arrival and/or late ship-out stabling may not be available due to other events.
- Horses occupying early ship-in or layover stabling are not allowed in any Park arena, ring or other facilities. No horses in early ship-in or layover stabling may be ridden on Park grounds unless a certificate of insurance is on file.
BEDDING
- Wood shavings and straw are considered acceptable forms of bedding.
- Bedding can be pre-ordered through Dever Show Services at 859-233-9702or at email: http://deverinc.com. Exhibitors should contact Dever Show Services at least 24 hours prior to their arrival to make arrangements.
- Exhibitors may also bring their own bedding with them.
- No outside supplier may bring bulk bedding, feed or hay onto park ground for resale.
BOX SEATS
Box seats are available. A complete box includes seating for 8. The price for each box is $150 and can be requested on the entry form on a first come first served basis. Individual box seats are also available at $20 each
CAMPERS
- The Kentucky Horse Park main campground is a beautiful, well maintained facility. Hook-ups are electricity and water. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, camp store, bath house, laundry, basketball and volleyball courts and a playground.
- The Kentucky Horse Park Campground accepts reservations. Exhibitors should call Reserve America at 1-888-4KY-PARK (888-459-7275) or make reservations online at www.parks.ky.gov. You may also contact the campground office directly, Christy Combs, manager, at 859-259-4257
- Exhibitors also have the option of staying in the Kentucky Horse Park Walnut Grove. This is a small campground located near the covered arena on the show grounds. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Upon arrival, exhibitors will need to check-in and make payments at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground. Occasionally Walnut Grove is not available due to conflicting events.
- No camping is allowed in the stabling area, around the show rings, covered arena, or any other non-designated area.
- Showers are available on grounds in the rest rooms located next to the show office located on Nina Bonnie Boulevard.
DOGS
- Dogs are allowed on the show grounds.
- All dogs must be on a leash (not to exceed 6 ft. in length) and under control of handler at all times, or suitably restrained in a tack stall, etc. Local animal authorities will remove loose dogs at the owner’s expense.
- Dogs in distress left in cars, trailers, etc., will be removed at the owner’s expense.
- No dogs are allowed in any indoor facility at the Kentucky Horse Park such as the Indoor Arena, Club Lounge, Hospitality Rooms, Exhibit Halls, etc.
ENTRY FEES
Qualifying, UPHA Challenge Cup, and AMHA Medal Classes - $50.00
In Hand Classes - $50.00
Equitation Championships - $75.00
Performance Championships - $75.00
UPHA Classics - $100.00*
UPHA Classic entry fees are to be paid as follows: the Declaration Fee of $50 to be paid at close of entries and the Starting Fee of $50 to be paid 24 hours prior to the class.
ENTRY REGULATIONS
- One owner per entry blank. If extra entry blanks are needed, photocopies are allowed. Extra copies are also available on our web site.
- Entry blanks must be completed in full, signed, and accompanied by full payment, copies of the horse’s registration papers and copies of current USEF membership card. Entries may not be processed without the aforementioned being complete.
- All exhibitors and trainers or their agents, every rider, driver and handler (or their agents) must sign the entry blank. The signature of a parent or guardian of a minor participant is also required. If there is no parent or guardian available to sign, the minor's trainer is to do so.
- No entry will be processed that has split any charges between exhibitors, horses, or stables.
- Checks sent with entries will be deposited immediately. No post-dated checks will be accepted.
- Entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2011, to avoid a post entry fee. Entries received five (5) or more days after closing date may not appear in the program.
- Cross entries will be accepted in any class as long as AMHA and USEF regulations are followed.
EXHIBITOR’S MEETING
Exhibitors and trainers are encouraged to meet with the Bluegrass Morgan Classic committee to ask questions, make suggestions, and present constructive criticism. This meeting will be held in the indoor arena stands at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2011.
FEED
- Feed and hay can be pre-ordered through Dever Show Services at 859-233-9702. Exhibitors should contact Dever Show Services at least 24 hours prior to their arrival.
- Exhibitors may also bring their own feed and hay.
- No outside supplier may bring bulk feed or hay onto park ground for resale.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE
- The Kentucky Horse Park retains exclusive rights to operate all concession and food sales for consumption on Park grounds including all liquor and alcohol sales requiring a permit.
- All Kentucky Horse Park concessions will remain open during all regularly scheduled hours of the event.
- Arrangements may be made if you desire to host a private event requiring catering by contacting the Kentucky Horse Park Special Events Office. A list of approved caterers is available from this office.
- No self catering or donated food is permitted unless preapproved by Kentucky Horse Park Management.
GOLF CARTS AND OTHER MOTORIZED VEHICLES
- The ability to have a golf cart is a privilege, not a right.
- Exhibitors wishing to bring their own private golf carts or similar vehicle onto Kentucky Horse Park property must purchase a Golf Cart License. This license can be obtained at the Golf Cart Vendor Office for $25/event or $50/season.
- All drivers must be at least 16 years-of-age with a valid driver’s license.
- Golf carts are strictly forbidden in all tourist areas of the park.
- Golf carts must obey all traffic laws and posted speed limits.
- Golf carts can be rented through Dever Show Services at 859-233-9702.
- The Kentucky Horse Park does not allow four-wheelers, three-wheels or dirt bikes over 50 cc on park property.
- John Deere Gators, mules or similar rural rate vehicles are accepted.
Further the Bluegrass Morgan Classic assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury or damage caused by or to any golf cart at the Kentucky Horse Park other than those designated for use by Bluegrass Morgan Classic officials. Local law enforcement agencies will patrol the Kentucky Horse Park to stop golf carts that are operated in a reckless and unsafe manner, particularly at night, and issue citations based on state and county laws.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardian(s) and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child committing the offense. Penalties may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s),and/or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any of the above individuals in accordance with Chapter 6. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
All horses entering Kentucky Horse Park grounds must have valid proof of negative coggins test (within 12 months). A 30 day certificate of veterinary inspection is required for all horses arriving from outside the state of Kentucky. All horses considered Kentucky based must have a certificate of veterinary inspection dated within 12 months. Horses who fail to arrive with appropriate paperwork will not be allowed to unload on park grounds. It is important that these health papers travel with the horses as they will be checked upon entering the park.
KENTUCKY HORSE PARK LOCATION
The Kentucky Horse Park is located at 4089 Iron Works Pike (Kentucky State Route 1973). Use Exit 120 from Interstate 75 and take Iron Works Pike east. I-75 Exit 120 is just north of the merge of I-64 and I-75.
KENTUCKY HORSE PARK REGULATIONS
- All exhibitors are subject to the Fire Marshall Regulations of the commonwealth Of Kentucky
- In compliance with the State of Kentucky Fire Code, the Kentucky Horse Park does NOT allow any of the following in stalls, barns or tents:
- any 2-prong plug appliances
- any 2-prong plug extension cords
- light duty cords for indoor use
- any 3-way adaptors unless specifically made for outdoors
- any adaptors without 3-prong connections
- The hanging of any type of signage, displays, trusses, etc. must be approved in advance by the Kentucky Horse Park Equine Events Office Staff or Kentucky Horse Park designee.
- No holes may be drilled, cored, or punched in any Kentucky Horse Park facility without prior approval by the facility management, this includes the stabling area.
- Decorations of displays shall not block or impede access to fire protection equipment (sprinklers, exit markers, exit doors or emergency lighting equipment).
- Decorations, signs, banners, etc., may not be taped, nailed, stapled or otherwise fastened to the ceilings, walls, doors, painted surfaces or columns.
- All muck generated during event must be placed in marked muck bins. Muck should NOT be placed in the barns, at the ends of the barns, or in any other non-designated area. Competitors who fail to adhere to marked muck dumping areas may be asked to leave park grounds.
- All electrical devices and installations shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of the National Electrical Code. All devices must be listed by Underwriters Laboratories
- No temporary equipment may be permanently attached to any existing Kentucky Horse Park property such as signs, barricades, stabling, trees, etc. Staples, nails, and/or screws of any kind are not allowed.
- No adhesive-backed (stick-on) decals, advertisements or similar items may be distributed or used in any KHP facility.
- All carpet tape applied by exhibitors, show management or contract representatives will be removed by the same immediately following the event.
- No golf carts, forklifts, or any other motorized vehicle is allowed on the cross country course, concourse of the indoor arena or in the outdoor stadium without prior approval of KHP Management.
- No 4-wheelers, 3-wheelers or non-licensed dirt bikes over 50 cc are allowed on park grounds.
- No food or beverage samples may be distributed by an event without prior written approval of KHP Management.
- No door shall be chained, locked, or blocked in any manner other than by KHP Management.
- No furniture shall be removed from any VIP Suite, office, announcer booth, or trade fair area.
- No motorized vehicles may be parked inside any building, in any fire lane, on any sidewalk, at any loading dock or any other area unless area is a designated parking space. All vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
- No vehicles, freight, or other show materials shall be stored in any facility without prior written approval from KHP Management.
- No dog, cat, or other animal will be permitted on KHP property unless it is under leash (6 ft. in length or less) control of its owner. Any animal not under such control will be impounded and removed from grounds by animal control. No dogs are allowed in any indoor KHP Facility such as the Club Lounge, Indoor Arena, Hospitality Rooms. No exceptions.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
POST ENTRIES
June 1, 2011, is the closing date for entries. Post entries may be made at $20.00 additional charge PER HORSE. This additional fee is a onetime fee and applies to added classes for that horse. For example: If your horse is not preentered a $20 fee will be charged in addition to all other normal charges and will enable that horse to be entered in as many classes as desired without additional cost aside from the normal entry fee. If your horse had been entered by June 1 and you desire to add additional classes no additional charge is incurred other than the normal entry fee for those classes. All post entries for any class will close one (1) hour prior to the start of the first class of the session in which the class is to be shown. There will be no post entry fee for 2-year-old performance classes, UPHA Classic classes, stake classes, and championships
PARKING
- NO PARKING is permitted in the stabling areas, arenas, on the grass or in other designated NO PARKING areas. This will be enforced. Violators will be ticketed and towed.
- Exhibitors should park their empty trailers and horse vans in the marked areas in the main Kentucky Horse Park parking lot or other designated lot as assigned. Loading and unloading of vehicles in the stabling/show area is permitted.
- Exhibitors not requiring stabling who are showing out of their trailers should park in the grass lot adjacent to barn 21 when available. Show management may make arrangements for additional space if needed.
- State law requires competitors showing out of their trailers who do not rent a stall must purchase a $20 Day Trailer Pass or $75 Seasonal Trailer Pass through the event office. Trailers not in compliance may be towed at the owner’s expense.
- No camping is permitted in any of the barn or arena areas. Trailers and RVs requiring this service should make reservations with the Kentucky Horse Park Campground.
- Horses and carriages have the right of way on all roads and paths.
- The speed limit on all roads is 25 m.p.h. The speed limit in the barn areas and campground is 10 m.p.h. This is enforced by the Kentucky Horse Park Police.
- Hall of Champions Road is closed to all event traffic, including golf carts, mopeds, and bicycles. No event traffic should enter the main visitor area of the park.
- All drivers of any vehicles on the Park must be at least 16 years-of-age and have a valid driver’s license. This includes golf carts, scooters, mopeds, etc.
- State law requires competitors bringing private golf carts, rural terrain vehicles, or similar forms on transportation on park grounds must purchase a $25/event or $50/season Golf Cart License through the Campground Store or Dever’s Inc. Vehicles not in compliance may be towed at owner’s expense.
- The Kentucky Horse Park reserves the right to revoke golf cart privileges from any exhibitor for violations or abuse.
PREMIUMS AND AWARDS
- Ribbons will be presented to entries placing first through sixth in all classes.
- Bluegrass Morgan Classic medallions will be awarded to first place winners in all preliminary classes.
- Winners of championship classes will be awarded a pavilion brick and Grand Champions will receive a pavilion stone as part of the Pathway to the Pavilion program.
- Payout for the UPHA Classic classes will be in accordance with UPHA guidelines and is a function of the number of entries.
- Winners of the AMHA Medal classes will also receive a$1000 savings bond
REFUNDS
All requests for refunds must be made to the Show Manager. Requests for legitimate withdrawal from the show or from a class will be honored (such as veterinarian certificate indicating the animal is unable to compete). The $20 office fee and all stall fees are not refundable.
RING PROCEDURE AND CONDUCT
- A starting order will be established in classes in which horses compete individually and a maximum of one minute will be allowed for an entry to enter the ring. The class is considered complete when the cards are handed to the ringmaster or announcer.
- All riders, drivers, and attendants must be appropriately dressed in all classes.
- No loud and boisterous actions will be tolerated at ringside.
SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
- All entries must be accompanied with a check or money order and payable to The Bluegrass Morgan Classic and mailed to the Show Secretary. All fees are stated in U.S. currency.
- MasterCard or Visa may be used for payment of all fees.
- Any exhibitor with an open account must settle the account or leave an open check to be closed at the conclusion of the show. Back numbers will not be issued until this requirement and all other USEF and AMHA requirements regarding signatures are met.
- All checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $50 handling fee and must be replaced by a certified or cashier's check. No one will be allowed to show if he/she has a bad check or handling fee outstanding.
SHARPS DISPOSAL
Safe and proper sharps disposal (needles, syringes, and other hazardous objects and materials) is the responsibility of individual exhibitors and stables. Containers are available throughout the stabling area.
SHOW SECRETARY
- The show secretary’s office is located on the concourse level of the covered arena.
- Exhibitors/Trainers with ten (10) or more horses are encouraged to make an appointment with the show secretary to expedite the processing of their entries. Contact Sara Ressler at 248- 922-0148 or email: saressler@aol.com prior to the show for an appointment or make arrangements upon your arrival at the Kentucky Horse Park.
- Show office hours will be posted at the office entrance.
SPONSORSHIPS
Class sponsorships are available at the following levels of support; Qualifying Classes - $100, Championship Classes - $200, UPHA Classics - $250, and Grand Championships - $500. Please contact Belle Hufferd, at 260-672-2721 or email: hufferd@aol.com
SPLITTING, CANCELLING, OR COMBINING OF CLASSES
- Should the number of entries warrant, the Show Management reserves the right to split any class. The final number of entries in a class will be determined one hour prior to the session in which the class in question is to be held.
- Harness classes will be split if they contain 16 or more entries.
- Saddle classes will be split if they contain 20 or more entries.
- Walk trot classes will be split if they contain more than 12 entries.
- When a class is split, it will be split by management on a numerical (every other number) basis with the exception of walk/trot (jog) classes. Walk/trot (jog) classes will be split at the direction of the show management. There will be no trades between the split sections as posted unless approved by show management.
- Each split section will receive duplicate awards in the preliminary classes.
- The Horse Show Committee reserves the right to cancel any class after the closing date of entries where there are less than three (3) entries. In case of cancellation, entry fee shall be refunded. Where warranted, classes may be combined.
STALL ASSIGNMENTS
Stall assignments will be available at the Barn Manager's office. Requests for stabling with an exhibitor or trainer must have mutual requests on both entry blanks.
STALL FEES
Box and tack stalls are $100 for the duration of the show. Stall fees must be paid on all horses. Stabling is in 10’ x 10’ shed row style permanent stalls.
SUPREME IN HAND CHAMPIONSHIP
The Betty Hill Memorial Supreme In Hand Championship is open to champion and reserve champions from the junior, senior, and grand championships for mares, geldings, and stallions. $5000 will be awarded to the winner with $4000 awarded to the horse owner and $1000 will be awarded to its trainer. In addition to the monetary award a Waterford crystal vase with a bouquet of orchids, a favorite of Betty Hill, will also be awarded to the horse owner. The class will be adjudicated by a three judge panel using the MOS system to determine the winner.
UPHA CLASSIC CLASSES
The UPHA Classic classes will be judged concurrently with the respective Three Year Old qualifying class. When the class is tied the highest placed UPHA nominated horse will be considered as first place UPHA Classic winner, the second highest UPHA nominated horse will be the UPHA Classic second place horse, etc.
The professional trainer of a UPHA Classic entry must be an Active member of the UPHA in good standing, and their membership number must appear on the entry blank. If a non-professional is exhibiting the horse, they must be an Associate or Junior member of the UPHA, in good standing, and their membership number must appear on the entry blank.
A non-refundable Eligibility Fee of $50 paid to the UPHA Office postmarked on or before April 1st of each year. After April 1st, the Eligibility Fee becomes $100 per horse. Payment of the Eligibility Fee will be made in the name of the entered horse or pony and will make that animal eligible to compete in any and all UPHA Classics classes held that year. Eligibility remains with the animal throughout the year should transfer of ownership occur.
Entries in the UPHA Classic classes qualify for their respective Junior Championships.
USEF ENTRY AGREEMENT
By entering a Federation-licensed Competition and signing this entry blank as the Owner,Lessee, Trainer, Manager, Agent, Coach, Driver, Rider, Handler, Vaulter or Longeur and on behalf of myself and my principals, representatives, employees and agents, I agree that I am subject to the Bylaws and Rules of The United States Equestrian Federation, Inc. (the “Federation”) and the local rules of the competition.I agree to be bound by the Bylaws and Rules of the Federation and of the competition. I will accept as final the decision of the Hearing Committee on any question arising under the Rules, and agree to release and hold harmless the competition, the Federation, their officials, directors and employees for any action taken under the Rules. I represent that I am eligible to enter and/or participate under the Rules, and every horse I am entering is eligible as entered. I also agree that as a condition of and in consideration of acceptance of entry, theFederation and/or the Competition may use or assign photographs, videos, audios, cable - casts, broadcasts, internet, film, new media or other likenesses of me and my horse taken during the course of the competition for the promotion, coverage or benefit of the competition, sport, or the Federation. Those likenesses shall not be used to advertise aproduct and they may not be used in such a way as to jeopardize amateur status. I hereby expressly and irrevocably waive and release any rights in connection with such use, including any claim to compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or to misappropriation. The construction and application of Federation rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any action instituted against the Federation must be filed in New York State. See GR908.4.
USEF FEES
The USEF fee of $15 per horse will be assessed which includes the $7 Drug and Medications fee and the $8 competition fee.
In addition all participants (rider, driver, handler, owner, trainer, agent or lessee) must present to the competition secretary a current USEF membership card or copy thereof or pay the $30 non-member fee. In the event a participant does not have his/her card or copy, he/she must show proof of their USEF membership or pay the $30 non-member fee.
USEF MEMBERSHIP RULE
Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Preliminary Level or above and Combined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance Rides. A nonmember may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, agent, coach or trainer at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a $30 nonmember registration fee. Participants in the following classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot and academy classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions. 8) Opportunity classes, 9) citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes.
VETERINARIAN
The show veterinarian services are provided by Hagyard Equine Medical Institute. A veterinarian from Hagyard will be on the grounds during all sessions and on-call at 859-255-8741 at all other times. Hagyard Equine Medical Institute is located immediately across Iron Works Parkway from the Kentucky Horse Park.
YOUTH OF THE YEAR
The Bluegrass Morgan Classic Youth of the Year contest will be conducted in conjunction with the 2011 Bluegrass Morgan Classic. The senior winner of this contest is eligible to represent the Bluegrass Morgan Classic at the National Youth of the Year Contest in Oklahoma City, OK during the 2011 Grand National and World Champion Morgan Horse Show.
The Youth of the Year contest is designed to recognize youth who are well versed in all aspects of horsemanship. Three sections will be contested – a written test, a 3 to 5 minute oral presentation, and riding or driving a prescribed pattern to demonstrate horsemanship. Each section represents a third of the points to be awarded. Three awards will be presented. The Walk Trot Youth of the Year for youth 11 and under, Junior Youth of the Year for youth 13 years and under, and the Senior Youth of the Year for youth 14 to 21 years.
In addition to the above Youth of the Year contests a special Stick Horse Division is offered. In keeping with the contest format a 10 question oral quiz will be conducted on the parts of a horse. The stick horse horsemanship demonstration will be a figure eight pattern to be executed at a walk, trot, and canter. The oral presentation is “Describe the grooming aides you use in caring for your Morgan.

- Junior Youth of the Year (Based on Bulrush and Woodbury Badges) - 125 questions
